Job Description
Backyard Blessings, a retail pond supplier and builder in Indianapolis, is looking for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors, helping customers at our retail location, and has a knack for problem solving.

Compensation
$10-16 per hour

Full-time

Job Requirements
To be considered for this position you MUST:

• Have constant, reliable transportation & valid drivers license.
• Be flexible with accordion to our client’s schedules as they can change daily.
• Be able to pass a drug screen prior to employment and at anytime during employment.
• Be able to pass background check.
• Be willing to work hard including in the outdoor environment in all weather conditions.
• Be able to work 40+ hours per week.
• Be willing to get dirty as we work in the outdoor environment.
• Be able to lift 100+ pounds.
• Be able to follow orders correctly.
• Be willing to forgo any on the job smoking, cursing, text messaging and personal phone calls.
